Kallie will be working as the Health and Nutrition Assistant, which will include training community health promoters, educating mothers, and working to reduce child malnutrition.
Shane and Kallie’s desire is to love and serve the surrounding communities of Coban in a way that they may come to know that they are made in the image of God, and with the grace of their Creator can overcome all forms of poverty – both physical and spiritual. In particular, Shane’s passion is to help Guatemalan’s find creative ways to use their local resources to provide themselves with clean water and effective sanitation. Kallie’s passion is to demonstrate how Biblical truths teach living a healthy lifestyle.Kallie and Shane would be happy to have anyone be a part of this vision and work for the Guatemalans by teaming up with them financially and with continual prayer.
