We believe spiritual growth flows out of two basic commitments:
• A commitment to God and the Bible
• A commitment to significant Christian relationships

To help develop these significant relationships, we have created "Community Groups." It is our goal to have every member of our church involved in either a Community Group or another similar small group experience. These home Bible study groups require a ten-week commitment, and are comprised of 10-16 people. They meet weekly to share, to study God's Word and to support one another spiritually.

The groups meet for three 10-week sessions from late September through June, taking a break during the summer months.

Join a Group

Joining a SHEC Community Group can be accomplished in 3 easy steps:

1. Find a group and station in life that works for you.

2. When you have found a group and time that works best for you, click on the Find a Group tab. This will take you to the Facebook group page for your Community Group. Click the Ask to Join button located to the right of the group name*.

3. Write on the group wall, introducing yourself and your family

*Disclaimer: We use Facebook's free resources, you don't have to use the site, we just use the group features to track and communicate with members to facilitate connecting people. You (or your spouse if married) will need a Facebook account to join a group, all Facebook requires is a name, date of birth and an email.

Search for the right group by selecting the Station in Life that applies to you. College Freshman, Super Senior or anyone between the ages of 20-28? This is your home. Connect with people just like you who are navigating their way through work, school and just life in general.

	Dave Miller Dave Miller is a graduate of the University of Montana who currently stacks vegetables for a living. While in his early 20s, he thought he knew everything, but Jesus proved him wrong at the tender age of 26. 	Jordan Wittmier Jordan Wittmier recently graduated from the University of Montana in Exercise Science and is currently working at Costco Wholesale. What a great way to start off your marriage! Join one of the Community Groups comprised of couples married 0-3 years and approximately 20-28 years old. Start building relationships with other young couples and building the foundation of a strong God-centered marriage.

	Jesse and Stacy Potter Jesse and Stacy are in their 20's and have been married for 3 years and have a one year old son named Boaz. They have been attending SHEC for 5 years. Jesse loves movies, technology, and gadgets and Stacy loves learning new languages, cooking, and really likes honey bees. They both enjoy studying theology and eating at YoWaffle. 	Matt and Whitney Caldarone Matthew and Whitney have been married for 2 years and have a son named Angelo who will be 1 year old in April 2012. Their family has been going to SHEC for 5 years. Matthew loves hunting, fishing and basketball and works as an independent contractor. Whitney loves making cards and watching good movies and works as a web producer. 	Rick and Lynn Eneas Rick and Lynn have been married 8 years and have been attending SHEC for 4 years. Lynn works and takes care of the house but also enjoys working with flowers (arranging, smelling, etc.) and cooking for fun. Rick is a balding/blind CPA who has recently taken up road biking in order to wear comfy shorts. They have a miniature bulldog named Kronk. Kronk mainly just does dog things. 	Bill and Nikki Martins Bill and Nikki have been married for 16 years and have 3 kids ages 4, 6 & 8. Their family has been attending SHEC for 2 years. Bill loves fly fishing and cruising on his motorcycle and Nikki is involved with Mother's of Preschooler's. Bill and Nikki enjoy spending weekends with friends. 	Bryan and Kelly Hersman Bryan and Kelly have been married close to 24 years, and have a six year old daughter Hannah, and a married daughter Karinda. Their family has been going to SHEC for a combined 11 years. Bryan works for the U.S. Postal service, and Kelly is a fulltime homeschooling mom, and serves in a Mentor Mom position with the local Missoula MOPS ministry. 	Rob and Vicky Velin Rob and Vicky have been married for 26 years and have three children with one daughter (Kaylee a HS junior) still living at home. The family has attended SHEC since 1994. 	John and Korinda Luhmann John and Korinda Luhmann have been married for 17 years and now have 7 children in the herd (ages 0-11). Their family has been a part of SHEC for 6 years and love being a part of the body here in Missoula. 	Nick and Sandy Shepherd Nick & Sandy Shepherd have been married for 13 years. We have three children; Lauren (8), Jacob (6), and Josh (2); we also have a dog named Jambo (49). Nick is a teacher in Missoula, and Sandy works at Community Hospital. 	Dave and Amy Vaughan David and Amy have been married for 19 years and have a 13 year old daughter named Hannah and 11 year old son named Phillip. Their family has been going to SHEC for 4 years. This group is for those who are child free and well versed in life! If you have processed your kids out into their own lives, or if you don't have any, this group is bound to help you connect with people and couples who have the house to themsleves.

	Randy and Patty Iverson Randy and Patty Iverson have been married for 30 years and have 4 grown children. Vic is married to Jennifer Iverson and they have a son named Liam. Jason, Brandon and Kristen are all single with no children. They have attended SHEC for 71/2 years. Randy is an avid hunter and fisherman. He loves the outdoors ,hiking, camping, most anything you can do outside. Patty likes the outdoors, but a quiet day at home with a book or project is her idea of relaxing. She loves camping and spending time with friends and family except when she has a quiet day at home with a book or project. 	KJ and Missy Keogh "KJ and Missy have been married almost 25 years and have 2 daughters (21 and 23), one son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. KJ is the executive pastor at SHEC and Missy is the Children's Director. We've been attending SHEC for 5 years. 	Mike and Tammy Keogh Mike & Tammy Keogh we have been married 29 years, we have two boys Ryan 27 and Geoff 21. Tammy is a registered nurse at St. Pats. And Mike is on of the pastors here at SHEC. 	Paul and Mary Skoglund Paul and Mary Skoglund have been married for 32 years and have two children, and six grandchildren. Paul and Mary have been attending SHEC 4 years. Paul is an independent contractor/painter. Paul's hobbies are fishing, hunting, and spending time with family. 	Jim and Annette Daniels James and Annette have been married 14 years, have 3 daughters and 1 son ages 25-38. We have attended SHEC since August of 2002. Annette's passion is Jesus, children, reading, and family. Jim's passion is music, studying, and currently...finishing homework on time.
